Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place all components, hardware, and assembly instructions back into the original protective packaging.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the box and schedule a carrier pickup or drop off the package at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
